I’m Kristian, a writer and peace studies student exploring how stories shape politics. I move between analysis and art, between research papers and film scripts. My work lives where reason meets imagination.

Before peace studies, I wrote jokes. After that, I started asking harder questions. I’ve written, directed, analyzed, and occasionally started an argument or two.

When I’m not writing or directing, I work with creative strategy and political analysis—helping projects and organizations find their voice in complex times. My upcoming essay collection, Forsåvidt!, explores the thin line between truth, irony, and power.

Making global politics understandable, and worth caring about.

As a Board Member of the United Nations Student Association Oslo, I edit our monthly newsletter — distilling the chaos of global politics into clear, thoughtful updates for our members.

I also produce and host our monthly meetings at the United Nations Association headquarters, where students, academics, and practitioners meet to debate the world’s most urgent questions.
